About the Project
NausX is a pet care solution dedicated to enhancing pet wellness during travel by addressing motion sickness and anxiety. The project aimed to elevate their digital presence and create a seamless, emotionally engaging experience for pet owners.
Deliverable: A responsive, user-friendly website optimized for mobile devices, featuring intuitive navigation, a dynamic content management system (CMS), and secure e-commerce functionality.
Situation: NausX’s existing website struggled with disjointed user flows, unclear messaging, and poor mobile usability. This hindered user engagement and conversion rates, especially for first-time visitors.
Task: To design and implement a website that simplifies the customer journey, enhances emotional connection, and improves conversion rates through optimized UI/UX design and user-centric features.
Action: Conducted user journey mapping to identify pain points, restructured the site’s navigation to prioritize critical actions like product discovery and purchases, and designed a visually appealing interface aligned with the brand’s mission. Integrated a CMS to allow the NausX team to efficiently manage and update content.
